Pheebie is the daughter of the jungle pan king Biggawiggi. Just like Phuddle, she likes to tinker and suffers a similar number of failures.
Before Mia, Yuko and Mo explore the island, she has never seen any elves, so she is surprised to see a Pan in their company. Phuddle says it's a long story and tries to change the subject.
When Phuddle and Pheebie drive the Pan King and the Biggawiggi to the place of their competition, the car breaks down. They both say simultaneously: "I can fix that!" They immediately realize how much they have in common.
