Sara Ricci (born November 27, 1968) is an Italian actress. One of her most known roles is Contessa di Nola in Season 2 of Mia and Me. She appears on the show in 2015.
Biography []
From 14 to 21 she studied dance, then acting at the stage school La Scaletta . She also participated in several stage productions, including those of Peter Brook and the Living Theater .
She began to act in theater shows such as White Nights (1990-1991) and The Man Who Discovers the Truth (1992-1993), directed by Jean Paul Denizon, and later in classical texts like The Tragedy of Euripides , The Trojans , represented in '93 at the New Theater in Rome.
Among a few of her works on the big screen: In the Clouds Beyond (1995), directed by Michelangelo Antonioni and Wim Wenders , What To Do With Love , directed by Marco Speroni and Brothers Knives of Maurizio Ponzi , both of 1997 .
She reached popularity thanks to the soap opera of Channel 5 , Living , where she plays the leading role of Adriana Gherardi , played by the 1999 to 2002 and then from 2004 to 2007
In 2014 she recited the historical lion film The Glass Lion .
In 2015 she interprets Nicole's mom in the sitcom "Alex and Co".
